Where RAW furniture are made?

Our furniture are made in Poland, in the heart of Roztocze region.

We have our own sawmill and carpentry workshop, so we make all the furniture ourselves - we do not use the services of subcontractors.

Where can I see your furniture in person?

At the moment we do not have a showroom. The furniture can only be seen in our workshop.

Can I change dimensions of the furniture?

Yes, due to the fact that we make the furniture ourselves in our workshop, we can change its dimensions. Let us know and we surely get back to you - we consider every request individually.

Can I get the wood samples?

Yes, you can order a sample box on our website here. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact us.

Are 3D models available?

Yes, all the downloads can be found in the PRO tab.

What is the time to process the order?

To limit overproduction, our furniture is made after you place an order. The execution time is 40 business days at the very maximum.

Where can I find information on how to take care of the furniture?

All necessary information on the care, renovation and use of wooden furniture can be found here.

Shipping and delivery

How are furniture delivered in Poland?

The furniture are delivered through the courier company Zadbano., which specializes in the delivery of large-sized objects. Everything for your peace of mind and confidence that your purchase will reach you in perfect condition.

Does the delivery also include bringing the furniture directly into the inside of my house or apartment?

Yes, we provide fully complex care over the entire delivery process. You don't have to worry about carrying, unpacking and situating the furniture in your space. We will also take care of waste disposal after unpacking.

What is the delivery cost in Poland?

Regardless of the amount of your order, the costs of delivery within Poland are always on our side.

Will I get information about the delivery date?

Yes, about a week before the scheduled delivery, we will contact you to arrange a time slot that is convenient for you.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes, let us know as soon as possible and we will offer a solution that is convenient for you.

Is there anything to pay attention to during the delivery?

It is very important that the unpacking and inspection of the order take place in the presence of the courier. That will allow you to verify the quality of your purchase. In the event of any damage, a protocol should be written down (the courier will know the details of the procedure). Please, bear in mind that in the moment of signing the delivery note, the ownership of the goods and all risks associated with possession and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, are transferred to you.

Is it possible to pick up the order in person?

Yes, personal collection is possible in our workshop, which is located in Tomaszów Lubelski, Poland.

What should I do if the delivery is delayed?

After dispatching the package, you will get access to the online panel where it is possible to track the delivery. If the delivery is delayed, please directly contact the courier to arrange a new delivery date convenient for you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

In Poland, the delivery takes 2-3 working days. All the other destinations can take up to 10 days to deliver to.

Which countries do you ship your products to?

We ship to EU countries, Great Britain and Switzerland at the moment.

Can I order an assembly service?

The assembly of our furniture is very easy and some even say pleasant. It shouldn't take up more than 15 minutes of your time. In the technical details of the product on our website, you will find assembly instruction. We put all the necessary tools into your package. In case of any additional questions, please let us know.

Returns

Can I return the furniture?

Yes, 30 days is the time slot to return an undamaged and unused product without the necessity to give a reason. Please remember, that if you decide to return it, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Complete the form, send it to us and that’s it.

How will I get a refund?

The refund will be actioned the same way the purchase was made - by bank transfer or payment gateway.

The purchased product is damaged. What should I do?

If the product has been damaged during transport, under no circumstances should it be accepted - do not sign the delivery note. However, if the damage occurred after the delivery or it was noticed after signing the delivery note, e-mail us at contact@theraw.net and we will try to find a proper solution.

Complaints

How can I file a complaint?

Complaints can be submitted via the following e-mail address: contact@theraw.net. Please fill out the complaint form and send photos of the defects of your purchase. We will try to come up with a suitable solution. The complaint form can be downloaded here.

What is the time for processing a complaint?

We give ourselves 14 days to thoroughly consider the complaint, but that time is usually shorter.
